Impact Life is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise outpatient, Social Prescribing, and Rural Health Hub programs across Delaware. The role includes clinical oversight, staff coaching, and ensuring quality care across services.
The ideal candidate will hold a Delaware licensure, have behavioral health and/or substance use treatment experience, and be able to travel between Impact Life locations as needed to support integrated, community-based care.
