RN Healthcare Navigator IDD & Mental Health

Benchmark Human Services in Delaware is seeking an RN Healthcare Coordinator to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention for individuals served, Monday–Friday, full-time. The RN must be familiar with and experienced in the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS).

You will train unlicensed staff, oversee healthcare needs, coordinate care with medical teams, manage medications, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
