FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for New Castle, DE to deliver in-home and senior living care through our Geriatric House Calls model. You will evaluate patients, create plans, and provide evidence-based therapy with autonomy over your schedule.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in our EMR, and educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
