• Vacuum and dust all public areas including guest corridors and the light fixtures.
• Clean the guest elevator landings, the two elevator cabs, the service elevator landings and the Emergency Staircases.
• Clear all assigned hallways of trash and linen.
• Shampoo carpets and scrub bathroom floors as directed.
• Clean the outside of guestroom doors, including the kick plates.
• Replenish the housekeeping floor closets with supplies to par stock levels. Keep closet clean and orderly.
• Clean and mop all vending areas.
• Distribute the clean linens to the floor closets, gather dirty linen on assigned floors, and place in the linen chute.
• Assist the Guest Room Attendant on assigned floors.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
• Clean the pool area, 928 lounge and executive offices as directed. Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors and guests.
• Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• Comply with the company’s recycling program standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English and possess good communication skills.
• Must be friendly and cooperative.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be reliable and have initiative.
• Must be able to learn to operate vacuum and shampooing equipment.
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire.
