Overview
Helpdesk / Technical Support Specialist - 25-73507
CompensationBase pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr rates depend on skills, experience, location, and industry.
Responsibilities- Make sound recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the product.
- Manage and complete customer tickets related to the product.
- Provide effective product support as needed.
- Provide input to training and/or documentation materials regarding latest technical and functional design changes and processes used within the product.
- Attend meetings, complete customer service ticket requests, submit weekly reports, and respond to emails and phone calls.
- Create documentation as needed, assist in testing, and be part of the Customer Engagement team.
- Report to the Customer Engagement Specialist.
