We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for our client in Dover! You will lead the migration of their enterprise voice systems 15,000 users to the Cisco Webex Calling platform. Looking for your next challenge in the IT project space? Then we look forward to seeing your application!
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plan (timelines, milestones, and resource allocation).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and agency representatives) to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks/issues, developing contingency plans, as needed.
- Oversee user training, testing, and cutover activities.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure project adheres to industry best practices and complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize project processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise voice or unified communications projects.
- Previous experience leading successful migrations from on-premises to cloud-based systems.
- Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Webex Calling platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Planview, or equivalent.
