About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical finance reporting projects, with a specific focus on utilizing Oracle Data Extraction (ODE) extract files. This role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting processes, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Project Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- ODE Extract File Expertise:
- Gain a thorough understanding of ODE extract file structures, data formats, and extraction processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to schedule and execute data extractions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot data extraction issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Financial Reporting:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial reports using ODE extract files as the primary data source.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, business analysts, and IT teams.
