Work Authorization:

• Functional resource experienced in demand planning /IBP processes.
• Experienced with oracle Cloud/Demantra implementations.
• Will lead design and delivery of solutions for demand planning, IBP and demand disaggregation(CTO) processes.
• Experienced with business requirements analysis and elicitation.
• Experienced with business process design transformation, process documentation, and change management.
• Experienced with creating training content and delivering training.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to lead root cause analysis and problem-solving during design, development, and testing of solutions.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (including experience with agile).
• Familiarity with Supply Chain planning processes such as Master Scheduling, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, Supplier Scheduling, and Inventory management.
• This role is a remote role, it will require travel in support of solution implementations.
