SAP ERP Implementation Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Utilities Work and Asset Management Lead to join a long-term client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Utilities with a focus on Work and Asset Management, and the ability to guide the team through both current operations and the upcoming S/4

HANA migration. This is a highly visible role where you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Work and Asset Management within the Utilities industry.
• Provide subject matter expertise to business users and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with operational needs.
• Support and guide the transition to SAP S/4
  
  HANA, including process optimization and system readiness.
• Conduct workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Manage integration points with related SAP modules (e.g., Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Finance).
• Oversee testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical partners.

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years focused on Utilities Work and Asset Management.
• Strong background in SAP IS‑U and related modules.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations or upgrades strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
