• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Utilize Python and R for data analysis and manipulation.
• Leverage IBM Data Stage and Cloudpak for data integration and management.
• Collaborate with end‑users to gather and validate requirements.
• Manage project tasks independently while ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Participate in occasional onsite meetings in Delaware and attend conferences as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with IBM Data Stage and Cloudpak.
• Strong soft skills: ability to work independently, manage time effectively, validate requirements with end‑users, effective project management, excellent oral and written communication, and strong prioritization skills.
