The Principal responsibility is to provide highly effective technical support for DTI’s technical infrastructure. Highly effective means that the services for the assigned assets are provided in a way that is efficient, meets the needs of the customers (both DTI and other state agencies) and customers in compliance with DTI policy and procedures. The services will be primarily rendered through a combination of personal effort, joint effort with others in the workgroup, and collaboration with other DTI staff, vendors, and customers.

The Senior Analyst is expected to possess strong technical proficiency in one or more of the core Technology Domains, technical proficiency in several others, and technical awareness in the rest. The SENIOR ANALYST will report to the Manager of Systems Engineering.

• Enterprise Operating Systems:
  Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and other enterprise Linux/UNIX operating systems.
• Infrastructure Automation and Configuration Management:
  Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated provisioning and configuration management.
• Cloud and Virtual Infrastructure: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Application Delivery and Networking: F5 BIG-IP, load balancing, DNS, reverse proxies, SSL/TLS, web application security, and high-availability configurations.
• Observability and Monitoring:
  Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, centralized logging, metrics collection, distributed tracing, and enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Dev Ops and CI/CD:
  Git, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, automated deployment pipelines, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Middleware and Web Technologies: IIS, Apache, Web Sphere, IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Containerization and Modern Platforms:
  Docker, Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and supporting infrastructure.
• Security and Identity Integration:
  Identity and access management, secure connectivity, certificate management, and zero-trust architecture concepts.
• Technical Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
  Advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, incident resolution, and collaboration across infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams.

• Possess a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible technical experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, systems administration, platform automation, or related disciplines.…
