Description
Facility Maintenance Manager - First Baptist Church, Dover, Florida is seeking a candidate for a full-time Facility Manager. The candidate will oversee all aspects of the building and grounds of First Baptist Dover. Qualifications- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Maintain effective working relationships with staff, church members, and vendors.
- Read and interpret work orders.
- Be a worker of integrity, discipline, and self-motivation.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, walk throughout the facility, and use arms, hands, and fingers to perform tasks.
- May need to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl to complete projects and tasks.
- Use of the senses (sight, sound, smell) are necessary.
