Key qualifications:- Experience establishing organizational goals, objectives and priorities aligned with mission
- Experience in policy administration including planning, development, implementation and evaluation
- Experience in strategic planning with multi-year objectives and performance measurement
- Experience in operations management directing and coordinating activities through supervisors
- Experience in financial administration including budget analysis, planning and expenditure forecasting
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory criminal background check required
