Operations Manager Shopping Partners LLC

Shopping Partners LLC seeks a detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our continued growth across Dover and beyond. At $89,000 - $136,000, this Operations Manager seat rewards 6+ years in general with autonomy, mentorship, and a long runway for growth.

• Keep Dover, DE stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Read a Critical Thinking system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Catch the small forward-thinking details that derail general launches
• Stitch together Emotional Intelligence and Goal Setting into one coherent workflow
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Make the quietly-excellent call when the data points two different directions

• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Real Prioritization chops, plus the Emotional Intelligence curiosity to keep growing
• Comfort owning general decisions in a DE market
• A solid foundation in Critical Thinking, refined over 6+ years
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads

Shopping Partners LLC exists for one stubborn reason: the general tools everyone settled for were never good enough, so we rebuilt them from Dover, DE. Curiosity outranks credentials on this general team, so bring questions, not just answers.

Count on $89,000 - $136,000, remote-first flexibility, parental leave, and a stipend for the tools and courses you need.

Re-confirmed open this morning, the manager seat at Shopping Partners LLC stays available.
