- Monitor and resolve insurance credit balances
- Oversee insurance AR vendor performance
- Review and respond to patient complaints and legal documents
- Run monthly rounding with direct reports, and review quality assurance results with staff to identify training needs
- Produce monthly AR reports for large payers, physician practices, and vendors, and elevate to state and federal agencies when payers don’t follow regulations

- A high school diploma or GED with 8 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
- An associate’s degree with 4 years of that experience
- 5 years in patient accounting, third-party reimbursement, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a supervisor or leadership role
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
- 7 years of experience, including 5 or more in a leadership role
- Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM)
