Supply production work centers with raw materials and remove completed components

Safely move skids, totes, sleeves, and other materials throughout the facility

Maintain accurate inventory tracking using a handheld device

Keep your area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards

Support quality control and quarantine materials when required

Partner with team members and leaders to identify and resolve process issues quickly

Handle equipment startup and shutdown as scheduled

Communicate effectively during shift changes to keep operations seamless

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months — company assistance available)

Experience: 1–6 months in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift or move 25–60 lbs. frequently (assisted lift over 50 lbs.)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Skills: Dependable, safety-minded, organized, and a strong communicator
