Join our Dover-based salmon processing facility as a Maintenance Fitter. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processing site plant and machinery, contributing to our mission of excellence in aquaculture and seafood.

• Support production by maintaining processing site, plant and machinery;
• Ensure optimum efficiency and product quality;
• Minimise equipment failure in accordance with regulations and company procedures;
• Work on dedicated projects as part of a dynamic team.

• Proven mechanical fitter, fitter & turner or fabricator preferably with experience in food or pharmaceutical production environments;
• Strong technical aptitude and experienced in fault-finding mechanical and pneumatic issues;
• Familiarity with HACCP food safety requirements (preferred);
• Willing to work afternoons and weekends;
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Demonstrates initiative, drive, and a positive attitude.

• CMMS (MEX/Mc global) software experience;
• Knowledge in RCA, PMs and reliability maintenance practices and approach;
• Forklift licence.
