General Production Worker Pay: $17.50 an hour//Paid Weekly!!! 1st Shift: 6:30 am - 7:00 PM (12 hour shift - 2-2-3 schedule) Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for inspecting products for quality and ensuring they are properly packaged. You will collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks and uphold standards. Additionally, you may assist in training new employees, work alongside operators, clean equipment, and perform various tasks as needed to support operations.

• Inspect products for quality assurance.
• Package products according to standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
• Assist in training new employees.

• Perform additional tasks as necessary to maintain operations.

• Proficiency in inspection, material handling, packaging, and assembly.
• Ability to conduct visual inspections and maintain quality control.
• Capability to operate and understand a tape measure.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive motions of the limbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach.
• Comfortable working in excessively noisy environments.
• Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled settings with potential exposure to inclement weather, excessive heat, or cold.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

This role operates solely in a factory setting, requiring standing for long periods and occasional walking on the plant floor. The work environment is non-climate-controlled, with shifts available as follows: A and C Shift from 6:30 AM to 7 PM, B and D Shift from 6:30 PM to 7 AM. The schedule is designed to offer a balanced work-life experience, with weekends off every other week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, DE.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
