• Active RN license; must hold or be enrolled in a BSN/MSN program (accredited) and complete degree within 3 years
• BLS and ACLS required (National certification required within 3 years of hire)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary rehab protocols, telemetry interpretation, and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals

• Deliver expert cardiac care, performing detailed assessments and prioritizing patient needs
• Implement and follow individualized exercise prescriptions and rehab plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families to promote long-term health and wellness
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to achieve the highest standards of safety and quality
