Bayhealth Medical Center, in partnership with the University of Delaware School of Nursing, is offering an exceptional opportunity for senior-level BSN students to gain hands-on experience through the Clinical Nurse Scholar Program.

• Designed for students entering their final year of nursing school.
• Provides exposure to hospital operations, patient care processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Includes rotational assignments, mentorship from experienced nurses, and professional development activities.
• Serves as a pipeline for future RN roles at Bayhealth.

  High School Diploma or GED; active enrollment in an accredited BSN program (senior year).

• Completion of junior-level clinical rotations.
