For each procedure, there will be 1 Surg Tech, 1 SPD Tech & 1 CRNA.

• Physician in Practice: 1 in procedure room with CRNA.

• Case Mix:
Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Pediatric & Regional.

• Required Procedures:
- Perform Colonoscopies & Endoscopies & a combination of both during 1 procedure.
- General Anesthesia:
Adult, Pediatric
- Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurological Cases (Spine), Complex orthopedic cases.
- Pain mgmt techniques, Post-op extremity blocks, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks & Ventilation mgmt.

- Advance equipment is the ability to intubate a patient if needed;
No other emergency mgmt equipment.
- Would stabilize & immediately transport patient to our local hospital across the street from the center.

Requirements:

• Active DE License

• BC/BE

• BLS, ACLS, PALS
