Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

The ICU RN provides critical care for patients with life‑threatening conditions or comorbidities that require sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring. This role demands a highly skilled nurse who can think critically and act quickly in a challenging environment, ensuring optimal care for high‑acuity patients.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing life‑threatening conditions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assess and document patient conditions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Respond to emergencies and intervene as necessary to stabilize patients.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and procedures.

• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1+ year of recent ICU experience.

• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in computer charting systems, specifically EPIC.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
