Full-time, Day Shift. One weekend per month on call. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Must have an active RN license.

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

• At least 3 years experience managing staff.
• Computer knowledge and ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Must have an active RN Registered Nurse license from an accredited college or university.
