• Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure they meet competencies and deliver high‑quality care.
• Monitor new hires' progress, participate in evaluations, and provide ongoing education to help them excel in their roles.
• Design and facilitate training programs, CEUs, and in‑services to address staff development and hospital needs, partnering with HR and the Management Team.
• Manage the Healthstream system to provide education to the hospital, including facilitating the Annual Competency Fair and other hospital‑wide training and in‑services.

• Current license to practice nursing in DE (or eligible to receive or renew)
• Three or more years of related staff development/health care training experience
• Current CPR or BLS certification
