Bayhealth is seeking a Laboratory Quality Program Manager at Kent Campus Hospital in Dover, Delaware. This role is a full-time position responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving laboratory performance.
The ideal candidate will produce quality metrics, maintain quality control programs, and lead a team. A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology along with certification is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's and Six Sigma certification.
