- Support the RGM by running great shifts and execute all restaurant administrative duties; provide leadership in the RGM’s absence to ensure day‑to‑day operations meet Taco Bell standards.
- Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
- Follow cash control and security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grow sales, and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Have a strong working knowledge of administrative processes.
- Assist the RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
- Assist the RGM with scheduling facility maintenance.
- Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant.
- Professionally interact with Human Resources, accounting, and payroll departments.
- Must take a background check.
- Must be able to assist in lifting 40 to 50 lb. boxes in the store when necessary.
- Assist the RGM to build a great team that consistently provides the customer with great food and a great experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have restaurant management experience.
- Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
