Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. Provides information to help food and beverage selections. Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. Prepares room for dining by setting tables, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process. Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to host, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner

• Alcohol Beverage Control certification preferred, not required. You will take this course during onboarding if you do not have it yet.
• Previous experience as a server preferred, not required.
• Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently
