• Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, guiding with self-service technology, processing purchases, assisting with payments, and organizing the sales area.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.

• Minimum qualifications include Customer Service and Retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash registers) and working with mobile retail applications.
• Preferred qualifications are listed as optional and may include similar customer service and retail competencies.
