At each renewal, we review policies to keep our clients with the best carrier available.

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Executive located in Dover, DE. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing client accounts, processing policy renewals, handling inquiries, and negotiating with insurance providers to ensure the best rates and coverage. The role involves extensive interaction with clients, both existing and prospective, to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

• Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations, a plus
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in using a computer and other digital tools
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Great attitude, grit, determination, and an entrepreneurial spirit required
