- Advanced level knowledge of Simphony and Back of House applications
- Develop innovative solutions utilizing the greater Oracle portfolio, such as Fusion, Netsuite, OCI, OAC, and Simphony Extensibility, taking full advantage of our AI capabilities.
- Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Oracle Restaurants solution, while mentoring and supporting the efforts of your teammates.
- Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal sales reporting tools.
- Manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle Restaurant’s applications to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives.
- Identify, prioritize and document customer needs and/or requests to support Enablement and Education strategy and delivery.
- Assist sales leads in technical inquiries from customers.
- Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.
