Job Summary:

Physical Security Officers (PSO’s) work in demanding, fast‑paced environments such as medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. PSO’s may be asked to work with a firearm. The mission is to protect all people, information, and property assigned while delivering high‑end customer service. PSO’s represent the front line of our security services.

• $24.80 hourly
• 1st Shift (Daylight)

• Deliver high‑end customer service
• Respond to emergencies
• Detain and prevent crime
• Perform ingress/egress control procedures
• Investigate incidents
• Complete daily logs and incident reports
• Conduct regular walking or vehicle patrols
• Build and maintain a professional rapport with clients, guests, and co‑workers
• De‑escalate conflicts
  
  Monitor CCTV cameras
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• ACT 235 (current)
• 21 years of age
• Current and valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of armed security experience
• Must pass Physical Agility Test and Armed Security Officer course
• Must pass drug screen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient time‑management skills
• Reliable transportation

• Proficient firearms skills
• Extensive use‑of‑force knowledge
• Must pass comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening, and OPS training requirements

• Work under stress/pressure
• Lift 25 pounds
• Wear uniform
• Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT)
