** What You’ll Do
*** As a Family Advocate, you will:
** Partner with families to set and achieve goals that support their child’s education, health, and well-being.
* Connect families with community resources such as healthcare, employment, housing, and social services.
* Conduct family assessments, develop family partnership agreements, and track progress toward goals.
* Support families in navigating transitions, including preparing children for kindergarten.
* Facilitate parent meetings, workshops, and events that strengthen family engagement.
* Advocate for families and their needs, ensuring their voices are included in program planning and decision-making.
* Collaborate with teachers, center staff, and community partners to provide holistic support for children and families.

* Bilingual (Spanish)

* What You Bring:

* ** Associate’s degree in Social Work**,
** Human Services, Family Services**, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
* Pass a physical exam and background check.
* Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
* Experience in family advocacy, case management, or community outreach preferred.
