FAMILY ADVOCACY CASE MANAGER

Full‑time position at Justice Works Family of Services in Kent County, DE.

Base pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year.

• Assesses families’ needs and plans services accordingly.
• Provides support and assistance with locating community resources.
• Plans and implements interventions using evidence‑based and best‑practice approaches.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for families.
• Provides transport to/from appointments using a personal vehicle, as necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
