The OCI Developer Lifecycle (DLC) Services team's vision is to deliver a complete Dev Ops platform for external OCI customers to develop code and perform their entire Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment operations (CI/CD) on the OCI cloud. We build out the services that developer customers need to adopt, build, deploy, and operate applications, allowing them to take advantage of the secure and high performance OCI infrastructure.

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader with strong management experience to come lead and build a team responsible for building in distributed systems and highly available services. As a Engineering Manager of Development, you will own and manage a team of software engineers responsible for the software architecture and development for major components of Oracle’s Cloud. You should be comfortable with low level operating systems development, be able to architect broad systems interactions, while being very hands‑on, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and higher level system interactions.
