  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the go‑to authority for UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, impactful interfaces.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior and mid‑level developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, integrating next‑gen capabilities into our applications.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure UI components are fast and responsive across devices and browsers.
  • Tooling & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer tools to enhance productivity and reliability.

If you’re passionate about revolutionizing patient care and want to shape the future of healthcare technology, this is your chance to make a real, meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate Front‑End/UI leader to join our team and help shape the next generation of enterprise healthcare applications.

Experience:

  • Hands‑on experience with developer tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier) and version control (Git).
  • Expertise in unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops practices for UI deployment and monitoring.
Leadership &
