Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

• Head Coach - $20 per session (No soccer experience required)
• Assistant Coach - $15 per session

Note:

As the head coach you are paid $20 per session. Sessions are between 30-40 minutes and are usually scheduled back to back. Earn $40 in one hour.

Flexible scheduling. Each coach has a unique, personalized schedule; hours worked range from 5-25 hours per week depending upon availability, location, & ability/performance. Potential scheduling blocks could include:

• Weekday mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM (dependent upon location)
• After-school hours: 2:30 PM – 4:00/4:30 PM (dependent upon location)
• Evening hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (dependent upon location)

• Passion for positively impacting youth players
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Training to be started as soon as possible
• Background check completion

• Safely manage a class of up to 8-12 children aged 2-8
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience; reliability very important
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We train the best coaches in the business and put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.

Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates the ability to coach soccer and, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. Our families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication. Members of the Soccer Shots team must be excellent communicators with children, parents, partners and each other. Our team understands the importance of timely, responsive communication.

We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.
