• Ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs repeatedly.
• At least 1 year of experience in moving, delivery, construction, or physical labor.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck, cargo van, box truck, or standard vehicle).
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android).
• Basic moving supplies (e.g., gloves, stretch wrap).

• Experience operating a box truck or sprinter van.
• Customer service background.
• Weekend or last-minute availability.
