Delivery Driving (Local Routes)

• Safely deliver flooring materials to customers (valid driver’s license with clean record required)
• Load and unload product (heavy lifting up to 75lbs required)
• Build strong, friendly relationships with customers at drop-offs (positive attitude required)
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections (experience driving box trucks or commercial vans preferred but not required)

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, stock, and organize flooring materials
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (we train!)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Stable, full‑time hours Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends!)

Salary Range: $18‑$22/hr and bonus eligible. The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
