Warehouse Associate; Part-Time - Dover

Responsibilities

The
Warehouse Associate
is responsible for preparing and organizing equipment and supplies for blood drives, loading and unloading transport vehicles, and, as needed, operating a blood bank vehicle to transport materials to and from mobile drive sites and donor centers. This position is designated as
essential
and may be required to work during severe weather or emergency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pack, load, and unload equipment and supplies for blood drives, ensuring all necessary materials are included for successful operations.

• Maintain warehouse inventory by stocking, organizing, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure supplies are returned, stored, and maintained in an orderly manner in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inventory counts and collaborate with Procurement to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Deliver equipment and supplies to blood drives and donor centers as required.
• Exemplify BBD’s Core Values and consistently meet or exceed internal and external customer service expectations.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Valid Driver's License.
• 2+ years of experience in warehousing, inventory, loading, shipping, or receiving.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs +
