Member Services Coordinator
- Love the Lincoln, Woodstock, and Franconia area. A genuine interest in the region and its businesses is essential, as this role plays a key part in supporting and strengthening our local community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chamber members and community partners throughout the Western White Mountains.
- Focus on member retention, outreach, and assist with recruitment of new Chamber members.
- Maintain and update the Chamber member database and potential member database in coordination with Chamber staff.
- Manage the Chamber Ambassador Program and recruit volunteers to assist with member outreach and engagement.
- Coordinate and assist with Business After Hours, ribbon cuttings, networking events, and other Chamber programs.
- Provide input and assist with Chamber member e-blasts and consumer newsletters.
- Serve as a representative of the Chamber at meetings, events, and community functions as needed.
- Assist with daily operations of the Chamber office, including answering phones, responding to emails and social media messages, and providing high-quality customer service to members and visitors.
- Assist with website content updates and social media postings.
- Work collaboratively with staff to implement programs and carry out other assigned duties.
- In-person position:
This role requires consistent, on-site work at the Chamber office during scheduled hours. - Local travel required:
Frequent travel throughout Lincoln, Woodstock, Franconia Notch, and surrounding communities is required to visit members and attend meetings and events. - Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including one-on-one, small group, and occasional large group interactions.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, coordinate tasks, and make independent decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, Word Press, Canva, and Quick Books preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Job may require access to some areas that are not handicap accessible.
The position averages 24 hours per week, generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required to support Chamber events and programs.
This role is expected to expand to additional hours in the fall, aligned with the start of the Chamber’s next fiscal year.
Reporting StructureThis position reports to and is supervised by the Executive Director, who will review work progress and performance based on established objectives.
