The salary range for this position is $290,000 to $336,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician in Dover, NH
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join the established Pulmonary & Critical Care practice at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consultations, and ICU coverage in a collaborative community setting with system-level support.
Position Highlights- Full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care position
- Combination of outpatient pulmonary clinic, inpatient pulmonary consults, and ICU coverage
- Established practice with experienced physicians and APP support
- Fully integrated Epic EHR
- Supportive, collegial work environment
- Outpatient pulmonary clinic serving a broad patient population
- Inpatient pulmonary consult service at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
- ICU coverage within a modern critical care unit
- Close collaboration with hospitalists, respiratory therapy, and specialty services
- Opportunity to participate in program development and quality initiatives
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
- Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure
