What youll bring:

• Proof of high school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Previous classroom or educational support experience preferred
• Ability to provide 3 completed professional references, including your most recent manager, before interviewing
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in student development

What youll do:

• Support students in middle or high school environments, fulfilling either 1:1 or classroom support roles as assigned
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, organization, and behavior management
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for all students
• Help students follow routines, complete assignments, and participate in classroom activities
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address individual student needs
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism at all times

Key details:

• Full-time contract (32.5 hours per week; scheduled between 7:10am2:10pm or 7:30am2:30pm, depending on assignment, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Positions available to start as soon as possible and continue through June 16, 2027
