Snapology is one of the country’s leading children’s enrichment franchises! Our hands‑on approach is based on proven research showing that children learn best through active creation, design, interaction, and invention. With engaging curriculum, supportive core values, and comprehensive training provided, Snapology offers instructors the opportunity to make learning fun and meaningful. Come join our Dover, NH team!
Position OverviewThe primary responsibility of a Snapology Instructor—also known as a Snapologist—is to lead engaging, hands‑on programs at schools, recreation centers, and other community partner locations throughout the region. This is a traveling instructor position, with programs held at local partner sites.
Using LEGO® bricks, robotics technology, and other creative learning materials, Sn apologists help children develop creativity, teamwork, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills while exploring S.T.E.A.M. concepts:
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.
Curriculum, lesson plans, materials, and training are provided to help every instructor succeed. Programs are offered for children ages 5–14, although instructors are not necessarily required to teach every age group.
Instructors must be willing and able to travel to partner locations throughout our territory, including Barrington, Dover, Durham, Eliot, Lee, Madbury, Newmarket, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Rochester, Rollinsford, Somersworth, and South Berwick.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication with Snapology leadership and fellow team members. Sn apologists must also represent our organization to children, families, and community partners with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
