Location: This position is full‑time on‑site in Dover, NH.

• Be a key member of a diverse team of professionals developing custom automation solutions for complex challenges to our customers.
• Build and test automated machinery to streamline manufacturing processes, ensuring considerations for workflow, production layout, and safety.
• Maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of material using Solid Works Electrical (or similar CAD platforms).
• Troubleshoot using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers; document corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Create and revise manufacturing documents, specifications, SOPs, safety instructions, validation protocols, risk assessments, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot automation system issues to discover root cause and implement permanent solutions.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as may be assigned by Leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of demonstrated product experience in an automations engineering area.
• Proficiency with electrical CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, Solid Works Electrical, or equivalent) for wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of material.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 79, UL 508A, and IEC/EN standards requirements for machinery.
• Understanding of AC/DC circuits, 3‑phase and single‑phase electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to fabricate and wire electrical control cabinets for automated machinery, panel layout optimization, and adherence.
• Risk and hazard analysis using FMEA and well‑considered design reviews.
• Documentation systems; change orders, writing specifications, quality systems, ISO requirements.
• Proficient in simple computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to learn new ones.
• Travel to US or internationally when required.
