• Oversee and manage a team of highly motivated tax accountants
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
• Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
• Meet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market
• Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants
• Be a hands-on leader

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
• CPA Certificate
• 2+ years of proven experience in public accounting, in a tax supervisory role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team toward goals
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual is desired
