Under supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director and the Physical Therapist, the Rehab Aid is responsible for providing assistance to the Physical Therapy Department.

• Outstanding customer service; greet patients when they arrive.
• Assist the Therapy team as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department.
• Stock department supplies and communicate when supplies are needed.
• Assist with sourcing and pricing of supplies.
• Prepare bio-hazard for standing pick up.
• Teach and train new Aids.
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff and excellent communication skills.
• Prioritize work.
• Knowledge of computers and scheduling.
• Promote internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Build and promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Attendance: works as scheduled and is compliant with Attendance and Tardiness Policy.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  High School Graduate or GED; BCLS.
• Preferred:
  Associates Degree.
