Assistant General Manager – Homewood Suites by Hilton, Dover, NH

Base pay range: $46,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.

We are excited to add a new leader to our hotel team. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily front‑office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. They will supervise and train the front desk team, handle guest complaints and requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences at Homewood Suites by Hilton, Dover, NH.

• Manage day‑to‑day front desk operations, including check‑in/check‑out procedures, guest requests, and staff scheduling.
• Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and guest service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all front office procedures and policies are followed, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy rates and guest preferences.

• Prior hotel experience 1‑2 years, preferably in a leadership role.
• Front‑of‑house hotel experience.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations or property management.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• OnQ knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
