Automotive Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee department operations at our Ford and Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a manager role and familiarity with Ford vehicles.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow management, and the overall success of the department.

• Team Management:
  Lead and supervise a team, set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Customer Service:
  Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, and establish strong customer relationships.
• Workflow and Operations:
  Oversee daily operations, monitor processes to maximize efficiency, and implement policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance:
  Uphold the highest standards of quality and stay updated with Ford and Toyota information and requirements.
• Financial Performance:
  Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental financial objectives and monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records, generate reports on key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to dealership management.

• Previous experience in a manager position
• Strong knowledge of automotive processes
• Familiarity with Ford vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
