St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover, NH, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our per diem nursing team.

Shift Differentials

Weekdays:

  • 2nd Shift (3p–11p): +$2.00/hr
  • 3rd Shift (11p–7a): +$2.00/hr

Weekends:

  • 1st Shift (7a–3p): +$2.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift (3p–11p): +$3.00/hr
  • 3rd Shift (11p–7a): +$3.50/hr
Pay Range (Including Per Diem Differential)
  • Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$37.40/hr base + $4.00 per diem differential → $36.00–$41.40/hr total
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$33.40/hr base + $4.00 per diem differential → $32.00–$37.40/hr total
Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Care: Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with CCNH policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, collaborating with physicians and supervisors.
  • Supervision: Support LNAs and LMNAs to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
