St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover, NH, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our per diem nursing team.

- Per Diem Premium: +$4.00/hr

Weekdays:
- 2nd Shift (3p–11p): +$2.00/hr
- 3rd Shift (11p–7a): +$2.00/hr
Weekends:
- 1st Shift (7a–3p): +$2.00/hr
- 2nd Shift (3p–11p): +$3.00/hr
- 3rd Shift (11p–7a): +$3.50/hr
- Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$37.40/hr base + $4.00 per diem differential → $36.00–$41.40/hr total
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$33.40/hr base + $4.00 per diem differential → $32.00–$37.40/hr total
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with CCNH policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, collaborating with physicians and supervisors.
- Supervision: Support LNAs and LMNAs to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
