, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Flexible Scheduling & 4-for-5 Pay Program: Work 32 hours, get paid for 40.
• Competitive Pay:
  • RN: Value rate $40 – $46.75/hr./based on getting paid for 5 days and working 4 days
  • Per Diem: + $4.00/hr. extra
• Shift Differentials:
  • Weekdays: 2nd Shift + $2/hr. | 3rd Shift + $2/hr.
  • Weekends: 1st Shift + $2/hr. | 2nd Shift + $3/hr. | 3rd Shift + $3.50/hr.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for eligible RNs & LPNs

Your Role

As an RN or LPN , you will:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in a low resident-to-staff ratio environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Administer medications, monitor conditions, and implement individualized care plans
• Mentor and support LNAs and LMNAs to foster a positive, compassionate workplace

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess and maintain a current RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
• Minimum of 3 yrs of nursing experience required
• Long-term care experience preferred
